If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply mail it back and I will refund your money, minus shipping. Should any part of the item break (with the exception of the bead itself) just mail it back and I will replace the item free of charge, minus shipping. In the event that a bead breaks (which rarely occurs but is always possible, given that this is glass), I will replace it with a similar item. Since each bead is one-of-a-kind, please understand that I cannot replicate it exactly. Please send your item(s) back in proper packaging, such as a padded envelope or small box. If you ordered by credit card I will post a credit to your credit card account as soon as I receive the item(s). If you ordered with a check or money order I will send you a refund check as soon as I receive the item(s). Thank you!
